With more than 30 years’ experience in hotels and award-winning restaurants, including kitchens recognised with up to four AA Rosettes, Steve brings real depth and expertise to The Downs Malvern. Passionate about flavour and freshness, he believes nutrition and enjoyment should go hand in hand. Every dish is prepared on site with care, introducing pupils to new tastes while ensuring meals remain balanced, welcoming and thoughtfully presented.
