Governors

Malvern College is a UK registered charity and is incorporated under a Royal Charter. Malvern College is the proprietor of both The College and The Downs Malvern Prep School, collectively represented by a governing Council. The Downs Malvern Prep School has a school board whose Governors are accountable to the Council of the Corporation of Malvern College.

The full Governing Body of The Downs Malvern meets termly and is chaired by Mrs Pennie Francis. The Governors offer guidance and support to the Headmaster and the Senior Leadership Team who are responsible for the day-to-day management of the School.

Many Governors have past links to the school or are parents of children who attend the school. The Governors meet with the staff and children regularly.
