There are many opportunities to guide you around our stunning campus and outstanding facilities. When you take a tour with our Registrar, Mrs Katherine Cox, you will have an opportunity to meet our Headmaster, Mr Alastair Cook, and talk to teachers. But, perhaps most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to talk to our greatest ambassadors, the children at the school.

Our next Open Event will take place on Thursday 27th May, 10.00am - 4.00pm. This will be for Nursery, Pre-Prep (Reception – Year 2) and Prep (Years 3 – Year 8).

Service Families Open Day – 22nd May
As part of the Malvern College family of schools we are pleased to be taking part in their Service Families Open Day. Malvern College has a proud and lasting connection to the military, welcoming children of service families since 1865. As part of the Malvern College family of schools, The Downs Malvern has a thriving community of pupils of serving military personnel and prides itself on its strong historical links to the military.
The College offers a fee remission to serving members of HM Forces across all UK schools within the Malvern College family of schools.
This event invites prospective parents to meet at Malvern College where they will have the opportunity to meet with Mr Keith Metcalfe (Headmaster of Malvern College), Mr Alastair Cook (Headmaster of The Downs Malvern) and Mr Jonnie Besley (Headmaster of Abberley Hall). There will also be a tour of the campus.

Private Visits
In addition to our Open Days, private, tailor-made visits with Katherine are available on any weekday throughout the year. These include a tour with Katherine and an opportunity to meet with pupils and staff, including our Headmaster, Mr Alastair Cook. If a visit is not possible, arrangements can be made with Katherine for video calls with her, Mr Cook and/or our Boarding Houseparents, Mr and Mrs John and Sarah Warlow.
